Home Stay Comfort Care is a small, private, family owned and nurse ran home care agency servicing the Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania area. We are a privately held corporation specializing in community based private duty senior care and assisted living at home services. We take our services into the homes of older adults who wish to age in place rather than relocate into a long-term care community.
We specialize in post rehabilitation and post hospital stay especially for those with movement disorders, Parkinson's, Progressive Supranuclear palsy (PSP), Strokes and Generalized Muscle Deconditioning.

Our nurse navigators and care managers help to bring peace of mind to long distance family caregivers
Care management is the service that helps older adults, family members, and health care providers to organize, coordinate, and deliver the best quality of care possible under the circumstances at hand.
This service is available for as little or as much as you need (there are no minimum number of hours required).
Each client’s care plan is customized to their specific needs. Care plans are designed by a registered nurse or geriatric care manager. It is delivered to wherever you call home, and performed by trained home caregivers.
Ideal for a care recipient after a month or two of the post hospital or post rehab care program.
This care program is designed to not only support independence but to promote quality of life and health through improved sleep, better nutrition, activities of daily living, socialization, and companionship.
This program is designed to work alongside skilled therapy or to begin after skilled therapy is completed following a hospital or rehab stay.
Exists to provide restorative therapy using the home program designed by the physical, occupational and speech therapists to reduce unnecessary return to acute care through chronic symptom management.
